Huskers Helping the Homeless is an annual event that raises critical funds for Matt Talbot's homeless prevention and outreach programs. Last year, over 250 volunteers accepted monetary donations at local stores as well as from fans in the downtown area before the Nebraska v. Michigan football game. Thanks to generous donors, enthusiastic volunteers, and supportive sponsors, more than $45,000 was raised to support agency operations 365 days a year.
