What should you do when a guest requests multiple to-go meals?
If a guest requests to receive more than one "to-go" meal, please ask them to speak with a staff member at the Outreach table so they can receive a card for to-go meals. The guest needs to show the card to the scanner (so the correct number of meals is recorded) and then hand the card to the volunteer serving the meal. The card can only be used one time. We do not have a current process for meals on the weekends but keep in mind that, in general, each guest should receive one meal at a time.
