New Wife Tuna Salad (serves 150)

50 (5 ounce) cans tuna, drained (this would equal about 32 cups)
62 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
6 1/4 cups chopped sweet onion
12 1/2 stalk celery
3 1/4 cup plain yogurt
6 1/4 cup mayo (if you use low fat or fat free, it will decrease the calories, however, it will INCREASE the sodium)
1 1/4 cup dill pickle relish
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
2 T celery seed
2 T salt
2 T ground black pepper

Combine tuna, eggs, onion, and celery in a large bowl. Stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, relish, mustard, celery seed, salt and pepper. Pour over the tuna mixture and stir. If too dry, add more yogurt or liquid from the dill pickle relish.
